SUMMARY:Basic Security for your Community
DESCRIPTION:Is your organisation ready for the proposed Protect Duty? \nThe Government is currently proposing Protect Duty legislation that will make it a duty for places of worship and public buildings to have security measures in place in order to protect their communities from terrorist and hate-crime attacks. \nWhilst risks for some communities may remain low\, public bodies are advising places of worship to be vigilant and to take-on some key security measures ahead of this proposed legislation. \nThis webinar hosted Faiths Forum for London (FFL)\, Community Security Trust (CST) & MOPAC (Mayor of London’s Office for Policing & Crime) is an ideal first step towards being prepared. \nDesigned to raise your awareness of security. It covers a range of issues from personal safety and emergency procedures to CCTV and IT security. This is a detailed introduction to security for places of worship and vulnerable communities. \nRegister here.
