Civil Society Consulting be coming direct from the Greater Manchester area where they have been working with many grassroots organisations including faith and civil society sector organisations Caring & Sharing Rochdale, Supporting Sisters, Myriad Foundation, Bosnian School, Awakening Minds CIC, Manchester Sikh Foundation and Soul Sisters. Civil Society Consulting will be talking to some of them and hearing about their recent experiences and work supporting communities, tackling food poverty and social isolation.

Key funders will be dropping by for a virtual coffee such as the National Lottery Head of North-West Region Gillian Halliwell and Laura Pears who has been managing the Local Connections Fund programme.

Alongside the @CivilSocietyCIC team, everyone will be sharing their learning with you and giving tips as we all move forward towards recovery. We’d welcome your views on how you can be better supported as a Community Champion as well.
